This approach to door-knocking is particularly effective in small towns where people from the community use technology to create walk lists to find likely Democratic voters. PTP will invest $35 million in programs to rally Democrats to vote through direct voter contact. The paid door-knocking program pays $125 for every completed list of 50-60 doors.
