Karen Jagoda is President and founder of E-Voter Institute, a non-partisan research and consulting firm founded in 1999 to work with web publishers and political and advocacy solution providers. The Institute conducts research on voters, political consultants and the impact of the web on the political landscape. Karen is the host and producer of the weekly, available online since 2007.

Karen was the co-author of the groundbreaking E-Voter 98 study of the impact of online advertising on political campaigns.  She is also the co-author and editor of 2 books on the impact of the Internet on politics and advocacy. Crossing the River: The Coming of Age of the Internet in Politics and Advocacy (2005) and About Face: The Dramatic Impact of the Internet on Politics and Advocacy (2009).
