Rena also shares great insights about who is watching video on mobile devices, what they are viewing, how common mobile video is for all age groups and ways that voters are being segmented for online campaigns to send the most effective message to the desired voter. She also warns the industry needs more innovation using location data more accurately so that campaigns can send relevant messages to only their constituents.
